Nov 30, 2016

The Holidays are a special time of year filled with fun family events. Disneyland Resort is always flowing with magic, but there is something extra magical in the air during the Holidays. If you’re looking for exciting new activities during this season, Disneyland has just the experience for you. Here are three specific reasons to celebrate the new Festival of Holidays at Disneyland this year!

PRINCESS ELENA’S MUSICAL ARRIVAL – Princess Elena of Avalor will be making her Disneyland debut during the Festival of Holidays. Elena is the first Latina Disney Princess and fans are invited to come watch her uplifting musical performance. Don’t miss your opportunity to meet the princess and hear her beautiful voice.

FESTIVE FOODS MARKETPLACE – At the marketplace you can find fourteen different kiosks that provide festive eats and treats inspired by cultural comfort foods. Whether you’re in the mood for Braised Beef Short Ribs or Chicken Cilantro Tamales, there’s a good chance you’ll be able to satisfy your hunger. Come check out the many different treats waiting for you!

DIVERSE ENTERTAINMENT – Entertainment throughout the park represents a diverse background of many cultural celebrations. Some of the celebrations occurring draw from Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas/Navidad and Three Kings Day. Combined with a typical children friendly atmosphere, the Festival of Holidays is something to put on your Holiday To-Do list.
