Man Visits Disneyland 2,000 Days in a Row

Jul 13, 2017

Some people dream of visiting Disneyland just once or twice in their lifetime. Jeff Reitz, a Disneyland Resort annual passholder and Huntington Beach resident, has been to The Happiest Place on Earth a time or two. In fact, Reitz recently visited Disneyland Resort for the 2,000th consecutive day.

Daily visits to Disneyland began on January 1, 2012 for Reitz, a 44-year old unemployed Air Force Veteran at the time. His park visits were originally intended to simply keep his spirits high and give him something fun to do throughout the day. After the first year of consecutive daily visits were through, Reitz decided to keep the streak going longer.

Reitz’s favorite attraction at Disneyland Resort is the Matterhorn Bobsleds, an attraction he first went on as a young kid with his mother. Reitz now has a regular job working for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System and spends his evenings at the park after he gets off work. Come visit Disneyland Resort and maybe you’ll run into a local legend enjoying his evening!
